1. Warranty Coverage:
Chillax Patios warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the patio cover/pergola/carport
(“Product”) installed at the address specified above will be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime
of the Product under normal use and service conditions.

2. Warranty Terms:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Chillax Patios’ obligation under
this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any part of the Product found to be defective in
workmanship. Chillax Patios reserves the right to inspect the Product and determine the cause of any alleged
defect.

3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
● Damage caused by acts of God, natural disasters, or weather conditions beyond normal environmental
conditions.
● Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance by the Customer.
● Any modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than an authorized representative of
Chillax Patios.
● Normal wear and tear of the Product, including fading or discoloration.
4. Claim Procedure:
To make a claim under this warranty, the Customer must:
1. Notify Chillax Patios within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect.
2. Provide proof of purchase and specifications of the issue.
3. Allow Chillax Patios or its representative to inspect the Product and premises.
