In the event that a custom cover or structure fails under wind conditions of 110 mph or less, it would be considered a result of our workmanship rather than a material defect. In such cases, we take full responsibility for repairs or replacement under our lifetime warranty.

8.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these terms and conditions or the services provided shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Arizona, in each case located in the City of Phoenix and County of Maricopa.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
